Meet Our Staff and Ministry Leaders
Our team is built on multiple layers of leadership and accountability.
The Board is made up of both elders and trustees. Elders provide spiritual guidance and covering while the trustees provide financial planning and accountability.
The staff runs the day to day operations. They are the “boots on ground” ministry leaders that show up day to day to serve, lead, and invest in the people God has entrusted to us.
There are also many volunteer leaders that lead small groups, Dream Team (volunteer teams) and communities across the church!
Voice is not built on the charisma of a few but the sacrifice of so many!
Senior Leadership
Voice Church is led by Pastors Taka and Natalie Iguchi. They have been serving in the local church for over 20 years. Both Pastors are ordained in the FMC and have received their Master’s degrees from Fuller Theological Seminary.
They started Voice Church to create a multi-ethnic, multi-generational church where people could have a safe place to learn more about following Jesus.
